1. Subscription Services
AiFexa offers paid subscription plans for access to premium features and tools. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
🔄 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your account settings.
2. Refund Eligibility
AiFexa generally does not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, we may issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate charges caused by technical error
Unauthorized transactions reported within 7 days
Billing errors resulting from system fault
First-time users requesting cancellation within 48 hours of purchase (case-by-case)
